Realm Hopping

I am writing this based on my personal. experiences. I have spoken to others who have also had similar experiences so this is not unique to me but the physical jumps do not seem to be common. I have had two of what I refer to as death experiences. The term NDE I feel is misleading. I was not near death. I was physically dead in this world and crossed over to another existence. The first time was for probably several hours of Earth time but from my memory I was near my body for that time. The second time I was taken to at least two places but only remember one. It was a spirit place for contemplating and is sometimes a meeting place for living and dead. It is a simple hallway with open arches to the left leading to a courtyard but I think most only ever walk along in the hallway. Now for jumping realities it is a different process. The best way I can describe it is that I felt it was similar to changing the channel on an old analog TV set.
Attached are some images of DNA strands and helical antennas. From what it seems we tune into these physical realities similar to tuning into a radio or video wave propagation.
So the times I jumped to other realms or realities in the physical it was as if I slightly changed the frequency I was receiving as my surroundings. I say slightly because I think at least most of these times I may have still been on earth but in a different frequency or even dimension. On multiple occasions there was physical evidence that I was in another reality. And in one case I was able to grab an object and bring it back to this reality. This was with the instructions from a guide. In almost all cases I had a guide. One of the first places I jumped to was very similar to Las Vegas but some of the buildings were in different places and the only other person I saw was my guide. I think others may have been there but I never saw them. I never had full control of when or where to jump. I did however increase the possibility of a jump by using meditation, playing chakra healing tones, and intent. I may make more installments if I remember other important details.
